Prairie Pits Rescue
Our Backstory
Prairie Pits Rescue is a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing and re-homing unwanted and abandoned pit bulls from shelters, First Nation free-roaming dog communities, and animal controls.
Prairie Pit Bull Rescue is completely volunteer-based and relies heavily on foster care and donations. We do not have a shelter for our rescued pit bulls, so we are limited in the number we can save at a given time.
Prairie Pit Bull Rescue's dogs and potential adopters are carefully screened to ensure that the dogs are placed in their forever home. All dogs adopted are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
